el hospital como por el programa Aula Hospitalaria, atendiendo las siguientes disposiciones:<\/p><p>1. La instancia Aula Hospitalaria solicitar\u00e1 ante las Instituciones Educativas, el servicio social que requiere atendiendo al perfil vocacional y de servicio, as\u00ed como en cantidad de los mismos.<\/p><p>2. Tomar en cuenta el acuerdo interinstitucional establecido entre las instituciones Educativas \u2013 Aula Hospitalaria y la aprobaci\u00f3n de la instancia sanitaria al tratarse de profesionales de la Psicolog\u00eda.<\/p><p>3. Los prestadores de servicios social profesional deber\u00e1n de presentar un documento flexible a la adaptaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica en ambientes hospitalarios dirigido a la Maestra Margarita Hirata Barrales.<\/p><p>4. Presentar documento o protocolo de seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n continua orientado por la Instituci\u00f3n Universitaria o formadora de docentes a la que el prestador de servicio social profesional pertenece dirigido a LEE. Carta de solicitud para realizar su servicio social del interesado, dirigido a: LEM.
