class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1.- Cuando su m\u00e9dico determine el alta de su paciente deber\u00e1 entregarle su hoja de alta a una enfermera para que pueda realizar los tr\u00e1mites de salida.<br \/>2.- Las indicaciones m\u00e9dicas que deber\u00e1 seguir ser\u00e1n entregadas por un m\u00e9dico.<br \/>3.- Con el aviso de alta pasara al departamento de trabajo social para que d\u00e9 seguimiento de los tr\u00e1mites correspondientes.<br \/>4.- Pasar\u00e1 al departamento de Central de Cuentas con el aviso de alta para el pago de los servicios recibidos por parte del Hospital y quien le entregara su pase de salida.<br \/>5.- Una vez realizado su pago regresara al departamento de trabajo social para que su pase de salida sea sellado y firmado por su trabajadora social.<br \/>6.- Su trabajadora social le entregara una tarjeta con la fecha de su pr\u00f3xima cita.<br \/>7.- Muestre a la enfermera encargada de su hijo el pase de salida firmado y sellado junto con una copia de su credencial de elector.<br \/>8.- Firme que ha recibido a su hijo.<br \/>9.- El m\u00e9dico residente le entregara las indicaciones y cuidados posteriores que deber\u00e1 llevar en el hogar.<br \/>10.- A su salida entregara el pase de salida y mostrara su identificaci\u00f3n original al guardia del acceso de
