aut\u00f3nomo, institucional, interdisciplinario, plural y de car\u00e1cter consultivo, creado para evaluar y dictaminar protocolos de investigaci\u00f3n en seres humanos.<\/p><p>Conforme a lo dispuesto en los art\u00edculos 41 Bis y 98 de la Ley General de Salud, est\u00e1n obligados a contar con un C\u00c9I, los establecimientos para la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica del sector p\u00fablico, social o privado del sistema nacional de salud, en donde se realice investigaci\u00f3n en seres humanos.<\/p><p><u><a
